I have been offered another scholarship but this time for study at Otago University. I was encouraged to apply even though I had pretty much decided to move on from there. My supervisor assured me that if nothing more it will look good on my CV. It is quite a weird situation where I have two scholarships two different universities. One is worth more, the more sensible university (with respect to chemistry), and at a cheaper location and yet I have chosen the other scholarship. I feel a bit crazy in that regard but as they say money aint worth everything.
