Perhaps 'global warming' has become a monster. Something that takes all our focus and energy, whilst we happily pollute, decimate fishery stocks, buy crap loads plastic junk and basically screw the world. But perhaps its the beast we need to challenge our lives, reduce us to basics, and cause us to reevaluate what we need and what actually brings happiness. I need this baptism too.
